United Kingdom Multiple Entry Business Visa For Republic of the Congo (6 Month 30 Day)

You will need to fill in a Visa Application form for us to start processing your visa. Upon completion of your order you will receive the application form from us via email. Passport with 6 months validity and 2 blank pages.

You are required to provide a UK standard passport photo to acquire this visa.

This must meet the following requirements:

45 millimetres (mm) high by 35mm wide (the standard size used in photo booths in the UK) and not be a cut down version of a larger picture.

Your photo(s) must:

Be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders, contain no other objects or people, be taken against a plain cream or light grey background, be in clear contrast to the background and not have 'red eye'. In your photo, you must: be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera, have a plain expression and your mouth closed, have your eyes open and visible, not have hair in front of your eyes, not have a head covering (unless it's for religious or medical reasons), not have anything covering your face and not have any shadows on your face or behind you. It must have been taken within the last month.

You require 1 copy.

To acquire this visa, you will need to provide a copy of your utility bills or bank statement as proof of your address in the UK.

A letter from your employer to confirm that you are employed by them and the purpose of your trip. You should ensure that it includes how long you will be staying in the host country, your role within the company and who will be funding the trip.

This is your flight ticket, which shows proof that you will be leaving the country on a set date. The embassy requires you to reserve a flight before applying for this visa/arriving in-country.

An itinerary that should include details of your flights, address of your accommodation and the places you are visiting on which days. Please note that your itinerary may influence the number of entries granted on your issued visa.

You will need to contact the host company to obtain a copy of their Business Registration Certificate as part of the process for acquiring this visa.

You must have an up-to-date Yellow Fever vaccine in order to travel. You will need to go to your GP to obtain this.
