A Canadian eTA can only be used when flying to, or transiting, via a Canadian airport. If you intend to arrive by any other method, a full tourist visa will be required. Please contact us if an eTA is not suitable for your trip.
With a valid eTA, you can travel to Canada as often as you want for short stays (normally for up to six months at a time). The eTA is linked to your passport and is valid for up to five years. If you get a new passport, you need to get a new eTA.
